Executive Officers
Robert E. Hahn
(President & Chief Executive Officer, Director)
Mr. Hahn has over forty years of banking experience. For the last nineteen years, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1991 to 2007, he held this position with First National Bank of North County (San Marcos, CA), and from 1987 to 1991, with multi-bank holding company CBC Bancorp Ltd. (Chicago, IL). Mr. Hahn has also held the position of Senior Vice President, Senior Lending Officer from 1985 to 1987 at First Colonial Bancshares (Chicago, IL) and from 1980 to 1985 at Northwest National Bank (Chicago, IL). From 1977 to 1980 he was a Vice President at Midland Bancorp, Inc. (Chicago, IL). Mr. Hahn has both an undergraduate and Masters Degrees from DePaul University in Chicago.
Charles J. Tarquini
(Chief Credit Officer)
Mr. Tarquini has ten years experience as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at First National Bank of North County, San Marcos, CA from 1996 to 2007. Mr. Tarquini was Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Cuyamaca Bank from 1989 to 1996 and Vice President and Assistant Manager First Interstate Bank of California from 1978 to 1988 where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Anaheim, California branch which included Commercial and Consumer Lending, Business Development, Customer Service and Budgeting. Mr. Tarquini has attended the University of Maryland-College Park and the American Institute of Banking-Washington D.C. Chapter.
Toni Umphreyville
(Chief Financial Officer)
Ms. Umphreyville's operational and financial management resume spans over thirty years. Her experience includes serving as both a Chief Financial Officer and a Chief Operating Officer at other financial institutions. Most recently, she was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at First Vietnamese American Bank in Westminster, California. Prior to this, she was employed at Seacoast Commerce Bank in Chula Vista, California. There, she also served as the Bank Secrecy Act and Compliance Officer, Human Resource Officer and Security Officer.
