Robert E. Hahn (Director of the Board, President & Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Hahn has over forty years of banking experience, the last nineteen years while serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank of North County, San Marcos, CA from 1991 to present and CBC Bancorp Ltd., a multi bank holding company, Chicago, IL from 1987 to 1991. Mr. Hahn has also held the position of Senior Vice President, Senior Lending Officer from 1985 to 1987 at First Colonial Bancshares Chicago, IL and from 1980 to 1985 at Northwest National Bank in Chicago, IL. From 1977 to 1980 he was a Vice President at Midland Bancorp, Inc. Chicago, IL. Mr. Hahn has both an undergraduate and Masters Degrees from DePaul University in Chicago.

James L. Bilotta (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Bilotta has twenty-one years of finance and accounting experience in regulated financial institutions. Prior to being the Chief Financial Officer of Rainbow Networks Systems from 2001 to 2007, he was a consultant and project manager for Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Bilotta was a Senior Vice President and CFO of US Community Savings Bank from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Bilotta was Senior Vice President and CFO of Inland Savings and Loan Association from 1991 to 1992. He was a Senior Vice President and CFO and Westwood Savings and Loan Association from 1987 to 1991 and Vice President and Controller of Central Savings and Loan Association from 1985 to 1987. Mr. Bilotta was Vice President of Security Pacific International Finance in 1985. He was Vice President of Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia, PA from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Bilotta graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Finance degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982.

Charles J. Tarquini (Chief Credit Officer)

Mr. Tarquini has ten years experience as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at First National Bank of North County, San Marcos, CA from 1996 to 2007. Mr. Tarquini was Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Cuyamaca Bank from 1989 to 1996 and Vice President and Assistant Manager First Interstate Bank of California from 1978 to 1988 where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Anaheim, California branch which included Commercial and Consumer Lending, Business Development, Customer Service and Budgeting. Mr. Tarquini has attended the University of Maryland-College Park and the American Institute of Banking-Washington D.C. Chapter.
