CVB provides customer support for E-Banking services in-branch, via telephone, via in-app email messaging and for Bill Pay via Chat session provided by iPay. Support services include enrollment, password resets, login issue resolution, navigation support, assistance with setting up Bill Pay, P2P or ACH payments, e-statement set up and transaction questions.
